We are looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist to work our front desk and operate our spa clinic on a part time / as needed basis as well as perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Front Desk Receptionist's duties include offering offering administrative and clerical support throughout our clinic but also operating our spa area. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the clinic.

It is extremely important that the applicant have a pleasant personality and is able to make our patients feel welcome. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This is a crucial position for our team.

Our front desk receptionist is expected to ensure the guests are welcomed positively, and they must execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
