Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical architecture and design to identify potential dependencies. Collaborate with engineering partners to define project scope, timelines, and dependencies. Drive Effective Communication:

Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders through regular meetings to track project progress, identify potential risks, and report project status to leadership teams. Translate Customer Needs into Technical Solutions:

Facilitate engineering discussions to translate customer problems into functional and technical requirements, as well as architectural solutions. Lead technical scoping discussions, evaluate development costs, and make informed trade-off decisions based on both engineering effort and anticipated customer impact. Ensure High-Quality Product Delivery:

Work closely with engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Review test cases and lead software testing sessions to ensure a high-quality product is built and released that meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maximize Product Impact:

Coordinate software releases, encompassing the creation of release notes, training materials, and marketing strategies, to maximize the overall impact of end-to-end product solutions.
