As an
E-Commerce Product Manager
you'll:
Prioritize User-Centric Design:
Actively solicit and integrate end-user feedback throughout the product development lifecycle by fostering a culture of attentive listening. Partner strategically with design and research teams to gain comprehensive insights that inform product decisions. Establish methodologies for continuous product improvement based on user needs.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of plans and garner support from various functional areas such as analytics, marketing, operations, sales, and strategy.
Translate Insights into Actionable Strategies:
Synthesize customer insights, quantitative and qualitative data, and overarching business strategy into well-defined product concepts and requirements
Deliver Market-Leading Solutions:
Maintain a deep understanding of strategic and market position within the seller space. Leverage this knowledge to deliver products consistently recognized as best-in-class within the industry.
Conduct Rigorous Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough competitive analyses by critically evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of competing offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation
Manage Project Scope and Prioritization:
Break down product features into manageable tasks. Employ Agile methodologies to create actionable epics, user stories, bug reports, and technical specifications for prioritized features.
Bridge Technical and Business Objectives:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical architecture and design to identify potential dependencies. Collaborate with engineering partners to define project scope, timelines, and dependencies.
Drive Effective Communication:
Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders through regular meetings to track project progress, identify potential risks, and report project status to leadership teams.
Translate Customer Needs into Technical Solutions:
Facilitate engineering discussions to translate customer problems into functional and technical requirements, as well as architectural solutions. Lead technical scoping discussions, evaluate development costs, and make informed trade-off decisions based on both engineering effort and anticipated customer impact.
Ensure High-Quality Product Delivery:
Work closely with engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. Review test cases and lead software testing sessions to ensure a high-quality product is built and released that meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Maximize Product Impact:
Coordinate software releases, encompassing the creation of release notes, training materials, and marketing strategies, to maximize the overall impact of end-to-end product solutions.
E-Commerce Product Manager Requirements:
Experience 4-5+ years, e-commerce preferred ( end to end processes, research team, design , engineering)
Hands on Jira

Skilled in crafting clear, comprehensive, and actionable user stories and product specifications.

Leverages design and problem-solving skills to develop creative and innovative solutions.
Independent and Proactive Work Style:

Extensive Product Management Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience as a product manager working on user-facing products.
E-commerce Expertise:
Possesses experience within the e-commerce industry, ideally as a seller, product manager, or frequent buyer.
