What We Seek
We are looking for a Manager, Property Tax to join our practice in Oklahoma City. The right person brings experience, expertise, and an unrelenting drive to improve cash flows for clients.
You will need to have a self-driven, conscientious mentality with a commitment to creating innovations through high-quality work.

What Your Day Will Look Like
The Manager works with the consulting team to provide high-level service to clients through accurate data analysis and industry-leading results throughout the property tax cycle. They have a keen eye on details and an intuition to see things others don't. In general, you can expect to:
  • Perform detail reviews of asset data and supporting documentation for determining proper valuations for purposes of quantifying tax assessments
  • Review and manage client contract terms, scope of services and fees. Oversee client billing and ensures timely collection of receivables
  • Manipulate and analyze raw data from various accounting and reporting systems
  • Proactively secure tax abatements and exemptions
  • Address complexities and issues that arise from client operations
  • Manage the preparation, review and processing of tax documents for clients
  • Maintain direct contact with clients and various appraisal districts
  • Continuously develop tax expertise, analytical capabilities, and soft skills

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or similar field
  • Four to six years of experience in a consulting firm (Big Four is a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills (bonus points if you know keyboard shortcuts)
  • TDLR License or other certification/designation (e.g. CMI)
  • Experience in the energy industry is preferred
