Position Description
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with account managers to maintain and establish accounts, ensuring a seamless experience with our laboratory services. This role involves front-end clean-up, problem-solving, coordinating with other departments for efficient assistance, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to enhance the quality of our client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Perform front-end clean-up tasks
  • Promptly resolve client inquiries and concerns
  • Efficiently manage orders and samples
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective assistance
  • Ensure timely and thorough follow-up with clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and challenges
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management and meeting deadlines
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Location: Draper, UT
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $55,000 per year with a quarterly bonus.
