General Summary: The Banking and Ecommerce Coordinator reports to the Director of Campus Banking and is an integral member of the Banking Services team for the Boston Campus. The Banking and Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Campus Banking with the administration of the campus eCommerce store, management of the PCI-DSS compliance program and other supporting operational needs of the Campus Banking Services Team. Examples of Duties: Act as liaison for campus departments regarding electronic payments and storefront setup. Manage requests to add or update existing eCommerce store fronts, including validating accounting and revenue classifications. Reconcile campus eCommerce store interface activity to funds received at the bank, resolve discrepancies as needed. Manage credit card customer disputes/chargebacks with departments and University Treasury Office. Assist in the security setup of the eCommerce software application. Assist with the completion of the annual PCI compliance audit, including coordinating departmental Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQ’s), as required by the University Treasury Office. Assist with the training needs of internal departments for eCommerce storefront software use and adhering to PCI compliance audit policy and procedures. Assist Banking Operations manager and Administrator with duties as needed. Responsible for other duties as assigned to support the daily operation by the Director of Campus Banking. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field required. 3-5 years’ experience in higher education finance, corporate or municipal finance, treasury management, and/or accounting. Fluency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), treasury management system and Oracle systems.
