Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the Client Services, Sales, Finance, and Security teams to ensure that all client-related processes are running smoothly.
- Perform various system administration functions within the Kharon application, including user setup and changes, help center updates, and usage monitoring.
- Support the onboarding of Kharon as a vendor for its clients, including gathering critical information such as banking details, W-9s, legal names, billing addresses, and any other documentation required for setup.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to gather all required handoff information, ensuring a seamless transition to the post-sale customer journey.
- Partner with the Security team to assist in handling periodic client risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support the Account Management and Client Services teams as needed on customer deliverables and special projects
- Provide information on usage metrics at client and/or internal request
- Coordinate and assist with Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ years of B2B professional experience required in client services, customer success, or sales support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with sales teams and handling sensitive client information (e.g., banking details, legal documents) is preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with risk assessments and compliance standards is a plus.
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM software, or other related tools is a plus.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this role will serve as a key point of operational support within the growing Customer Success organization. Working collaboratively with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Security, this role will ensure that all client-related processes run smoothly. Key activities will include collecting and verifying all necessary details to set the stage for a smooth transition into post-sale activities, performing customer and user setup in the Kharon applications, and assisting in periodic client risk questionnaires and RFPs. This role is fundamental for ensuring a successful journey and experience for Kharon clients.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $70,000 TO $90,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
