As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns across various channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful results. Essential Functions Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics. Campaign Execution: Coordinate the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to content creation, design briefs, email marketing, social media, advertising, events and other promotional activities. Content Creation: Collaborate with content creator to develop compelling and targeted content for campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. Channel Management: Manage various marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing platforms, advertising networks and other relevant channels to optimize campaign performance. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Additional Responsibilities Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results within budgetary constraints. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product, sales, design, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and best practices for campaign optimization. Testing and Experimentation: Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign elements such as messaging, creative assets, targeting and timing. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders for continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. (Master's degree is a plus.) Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing campaign management, preferably in a similar industry or role. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning and messaging. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable. A passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing campaign management.
