Job Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus, but not required.
•5+ business process improvement and operations management experience

•Proficiency in process mapping tools and software such as Visio or Lucidchart

Job Duties:
•Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
•Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other frameworks
•Lead process improvement projects from conception to implementation
•Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new or improved processes
•Ensure that all processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements
•Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
