Your mission:

Yu will responsible of the delivery of the Control Order to Cash (OTC) Retail Front Office transferred activities in Vitoria Capability Center (VCC) in line with the South West Europe Credit Policies, OTC process flows and defined DTPs.

The main transferred activities in this role are the management of the receivables of the assigned customers from the Spain Retail channel, including credit management, minimization of overdue and bad debts, collection, disputes resolution, account reconciliation, etc, with the aim to fullfill the defined service levels and KPIs, including customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Your day to day with us:

  • You will manage the receivables of the customers in the Spain Retail channel.
  • You will be responsible for:
    • Minimize customer overdue and Bad Debt reserve.
    • Timely Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts reconciliation with the customers.
    • Timely resolution of customer complaints and disputes.
    • Support to month end closing of AR.
    • Customer account control, monitoring and clarification (bad debts, open items, etc).
    • Collaborate with KAM and Supply Chain to avoid sales order or master data issues.
    • Timely escalation to RO of customer administrative incidences and support required.
    • Any other agreed services in the DTPs or SLAs.
  • Contact external customers for collection, account reconciliation, cash application, CDAs support and problem solving, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support hiring of contractors or temporary backfills for annual leave or special projects.
  • Active networking and collaborate with KAMs and Supply Chain in order to resolve customer charges and complaints.
  • Support compliance with Spain and Vitoria legal and tax requirements.
  • Comply with PepsiCos policies & guidelines and with SWE Credit and Collection polices and procedures.
  • Follow GCS framework and properly execute the Key Controls.
  • Support and provide input for corporate audits when required.


Qualifications:

What will you need to succeed?

  • At least 1 year experience in Control OTC/Shared Services/service integration environment.
  • Qualified with Business Administration, economics or other university degree is a plus.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office with a proven solid level in Excel.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Organizational capacity, planning and time management.
  • Focused on customer service.
  • Experience in SAP and Sales systems is a plus.
