As a leading importer and distributor of JDM vehicles, we are dedicated to providing high-quality cars and exceptional customer service to enthusiasts across Hawaii.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and partners.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business development.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
- Manage online photo posting and maintenance to showcase JDM vehicles effectively to target audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team towards achieving set goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients and close sales deals.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, market data, and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of JDM vehicles and the automotive market is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
