This Continuous Improvement Specialist will work with the business to coordinate and facilitate implementation of new and improved processes and activities. The Ideal candidate will be adaptable and thrive on optimizing and implementing high standards using Lean methods.

Core Responsibilities Work closely with the business to implement a continuous improvement strategy that focuses on lean transformation, process improvement and training. Identify opportunities for process improvement across departments and collaborate to develop solutions that drive efficiencies. Lead and participate in continuous improvement and kaizen events. Develop and assist with deliverables such as standard process to sustain improvement efforts. Provide training and coaching as it relates to lean and continuous improvement within the organization. Build, audit, and improve standard work processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent MS office proficiency in Word, Excel, Vizio and others. Ability to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions In dept knowledge of lean, six sigma and application Strong record of process driven improvements Must be a U.S. citizen (whether born or naturalized); 2) a lawful permanent resident of the United States (e.g., “green card” holders); or 3) a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in lean transformation Lean Bronze certification or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in MFG, Industrial, or Mechanical engineering, Logistics, or 5 years of work-related CI experience.
