Position: Gastrointestinal Specialist

Compensation:
$280.95 per hour

This organization is in search of a Gastrointestinal Specialist to provide locum tenens assistance as they address an immediate requirement.

Opportunity Details:

Work Schedule:
On-site surgical facility, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with clinic hours on Wednesdays.

Practice Environment:
Outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include 90% Gastroenterology and 10% follow-up consultations, with a total of 11 Endoscopic procedures.

Essential Procedures:
Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopies, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Small bowel biopsy, Lower Gastrointestinal endoscopies, Sigmoidoscopies, and colonoscopy cases.

Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Upper Gastrointestinal Endoscopy with ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography).


Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 45 days.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: EPIC.
