Summary

At Pace we transform girls' lives through academic and counseling programs based on a gender-responsive, strength-based and trauma informed framework. Team members create a safe place for girls to learn, process, heal and begin again.

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting Pace Center for Girls' social media and marketing strategy, driving measurable results that significantly contribute to the organization's success as well as supporting branding initiatives and other paid media projects within the advancement team.The position requires a strong grasp of current social media and marketing tools and strategies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of social media platforms and analytics. This position will support all social media, branding, and marketing functions, making your contribution vital to positioning Pace Center for Girls as a leading national organization. Experience with an agency, start-up, or large not-for-profit is a plus.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related field

•Minimum 1-3 years of demonstrable experience

•Ability to display sensitivity and respond appropriately to supporters, donors, clients, and families from diverse backgrounds.

Skills and Abilities

•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and knowledge of Social Media, including Facebook Business Manager, and Sprout Social.

•Strong project management skills, delivering projects according to deadlines and timelines.

•Excellent customer service skills with an ethos of collaboration.

•Working knowledge of Asana or project management software, Constant Contact, GA4, and SEO/SEM software with an ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

•Experience with Canva or other design software.

•Working knowledge of file management and website platforms such as SharePoint, Umbraco, and WordPress and ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

•Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and measurement.

•Ability to evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Role and Responsibilities

•Support the brand team with all owned and paid media, including social media, website, brand, and paid campaigns.

•Project manager for the advancement request system and projects for the advancement engagement team, ensuring on-time and error-free project delivery.

•Works with the brand manager, supporting overall social strategy, monthly content memos, inbox responses, and best practices for the National Office and 21+ locations.

•Oversees all social media platforms, including posting, maintaining content calendar, and conducting ongoing research and analysis of social media and digital platforms; monitors and reviews content, outcomes, and effectiveness of social media endeavors.

•Monitors all social channels, Canva accounts, constant contact communication, and other internal areas for brand integrity and compliance.

•Support and create social media posts that generate demonstrated engagement and reach.

•Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality.

•Responsible for posting and maintaining Pace Pulse-SharePoint Site main page, advancement page, and marketing SharePoint files and administrative tasks.

•Oversees the organization's digital assets, including the photo and video libraries and website assets.

•Coordinate testing and planning of advertising campaigns in an evolving technological landscape.

•Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience on our website and blog.

•Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

•Generating ideas and suggesting strategic marketing tactics to support campaigns.

•Add value to existing marketing efforts and shape projects by writing clear, error-free content.

•Ability to edit and manage video assets a plus.

•Other duties as assigned.
