**Key Responsibilities**:
**Community Engagement**:
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers, influencers, and other relevant accounts to foster a sense of community.

**Campaign Support**:
Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and create new and innovative social media content.

**Market Research**:
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.

**Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain an organized content calendar.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
