  • Manage FMLA/Personal Leave requests from employees in HRIS system
  • Review leave reports for compliance
  • Oversee weekly "No Pay" and Worker's Compensation reports
  • Help manage Benefits elections in HRIS system

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degreepreferred, but not required
  • Must have 2 years' experience in HR or benefits
