Respond promptly to any negative customer experiences, de-escalating situations, and supporting the team in making things right for the customer, when necessary getting with customer service teams to solve the customer's problems. Thank the customer in a genuine way and let them know were happy they chose to purchase from The Peach Truck. Make it right for the customer by de-escalating any negative situations and recovering the customer experience Bag Peaches during downtime while being available for the customers Work in a safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices Work a flexible schedule aligning with customer and business needs, which includes working Saturday and Sunday All other duties based on business needs Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members Outstanding time management and organizational skills Previous experience working in food service is preferred This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service 18 years of age or older and eligibility to work in the United States in compliance with applicable employment laws is required Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from your work location. Previous retail experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift safely 40+ pound boxes repeatedly throughout a shift. Ability to work outdoors in various climates Welcoming and helpful attitude with a strong work ethic, that can adapt quickly to changing circumstances Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency, and a keen attention to detail while multitasking Access to a personal smartphone, and adaptability to current technology needs Ability to work independently without direct supervision at all times and follow instructions Flexible work schedule, including weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance necessary. (Saturday availability is required). Compensation: $23 hourly
