What You'll Do:

What We Need from You:
  • Strong connections and networks in your local market; you're either a local or have been part of your community for a long time. Volunteer work is a huge plus
  • A desire to be your own boss and take charge of your financial future as an entrepreneur
  • Comfort following a structured process that has made thousands of other financial advisors 6-figure income
  • Leadership skills and experience, with a go-getter attitude.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Financial services experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management is a bonus
  • Sales or client-facing background, ideally in a commission-based role.
  • Stellar communication skills and a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to study for and obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
  • Financial ability to attend a 3-week training program and work on commission - let's make it happen

Although this is a 100% Commission Based role, we do offer incentive pay in your 1st year which varies by location. Financial advisors who go through our process can expect the following income trajectory:
  • 1st Year: $90K-$200K
  • 2-3 Years: $150K-$250K

  • 5+ Years: $500K+
