Project Supervisor

will be managing crews that perform new construction, build-out, and renovation projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

Plan, organize and manage the construction project in all areas from start to successful completion including scheduling, material ordering, installation of HVAC Systems.

Responsible for cost management. Monitor efficiency and production for compliance with labor budget.

Work with Project Manager and Estimator to maintain project tracking and reporting to insure work progress and budget compliance.

Maintain professional and timely communication with the general contractor, owner, subcontractors, various company divisions and other key participants.

Manage deliveries of equipment and materials.

Field measure projects when necessary and provide cutsheets, drawings, and other technical information relative to the project

Support and participate in the company safety program.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in metal fabrication is a plus

Proven experience as a fabricator, with specific expertise in operating plasma cutting machines

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Available to work flexible hours

We are looking for a team-oriented, profit-driven, and customer-driven individual who can maintain a sense of urgency to ensure that projects are completed skillfully and efficiently. The HVAC Field Project Supervisor must have excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills and an ability to independently pursue business objectives in an organized and efficient manner. Must be comfortable supervising multifaceted projects at the same time and to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. Must be able to work cooperatively and maintain a positive and professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
