Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist NDT Global Houston, 15500 International Plaza Drive, Houston, Texas, United States Job Description NDT Global is the leading provider of ultra?high?tech diagnostic inspection solutions, advanced data analysis and integrity assessment services for ensuring the safety and longevity of energy?sector infrastructure assets. Recognized as the forerunner in ultrasonic inspection technologies comprising Pulse Echo, Pitch?and?Catch and Phased Array, as well as Acoustic Resonance (ART Scan) methodologies, the company also deploys a range of non?ultrasonic technologies, such as Inertial Measurement Units, with more under development. NDT Global strategically applies its inspection technologies to detect, diagnose and model various types of threatcircumferential or axial cracks, metal loss, geometry, mapping, and moreacross diverse classes of assets. By providing predictive, decision?ready insights driven by the worlds most accurate data, NDT Global enables the conditions for asset owners to optimize infrastructure health and drive operational efficiencies while reducing risk and minimizing their carbon footprint. Purpose The Compensation & Benefits Specialist role is part of the Global People & Culture team. Its primary objective is to support the global reward strategy pillar, which is a key component of the overall People & Culture strategy designed to enable the achievement of our business goals. Job Overview Analysis and Data Management: Conducts comprehensive analysis and modelling of compensation structures, ensures competitiveness and alignment with industry standards across multiple regions; participates in and leads salary surveys, audits compensation and benefits records in HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce); generates reports and analyzes data to identify trends and make data?driven recommendations; collaborates with benefits consultants on market analysis and trend determination. Benefits Administration: Oversees the administration and reporting of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement plans, disability plans and other employee perks; ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to benefits programs in the United States and Canada; recommends harmonization and standardization of benefits plans across markets. Open Enrollment and Benefit Changes: Oversees the open enrollment and benefits processes, including communication, system updates, training and support for the People & Culture teams; analyzes and recommends changes to benefits offerings based on feedback and market trends; manages RFP processes when needed. Governance & Change: Keeps updated on changes in global benefits laws and regulations focusing on the United States and Canada; communicates benefits options, changes and enrollment procedures; conducts benefits sessions for People & Culture teams; collaborates with leadership on global benefits strategy; projects manages benefits?related initiatives; supports benefits integration for mergers and acquisitions. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Actuarial Science, Business Administration or related field; 5+ years of experience in compensation, including benefits administration, preferably in a multi?country setting; in?depth knowledge of benefits regulations in the United States and Canada; preferred experience with compensation surveys, benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies and WTW grading systems. Skillset Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis and reporting tools. Comfortable working in a fast?paced, dynamic environment. Effective communication with senior?level colleagues across regions. Collaborative work with internal teams, external vendors and employees. Capable of working across diverse teams and cultures.
