Client Care Specialist
Overview
- Improve client care by providing our clients a single point of contact. Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and completes client request for service or sales
- Knowledgeable with the Hinderer Motor Company culture
- Familiar with the Automotive departments and service provided to our clients
- Answer dealership group phones and transfer to correct departments
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
- Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- High energy level and strong work ethic
- Desire to grow through continued training and development
- Visolutions CRM experience a plus
- Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects, be a team player and self-motivated, and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent follow through and follow up skills
- Must be willing to work on an On-site dealership environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation mandatory.
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
