Do you have a knack for interacting with people? Are you comfortable with greeting clients and building meaningful relationships? We are looking for a Service Liaison for our Service Department. If you have a client focused mindset and customer service experience, we want you to join our team

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location 
• Assisting clients with coffee, drinks, hotdogs, and baked goods 
• Stocking lounge products, snacks, cookies, etc. 
• Prep and maintain clean lounge area 
• Performs other duties as needed

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures as well as systems

Education and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements: 

• Standing/walking over 8 hours consistently 
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
