As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in understanding customer requirements, designing customized solutions, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Description

The Solutions Engineer will be reporting into the Director of Solutions Engineering and sit on the Enterprise team. They will handle the following:

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions that meet their requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions' capabilities and benefits.
  • Lead the implementation of proof of concept (POC) projects to validate solutions and address customer concerns.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, integration guides, and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, advocating for their needs and driving continuous improvement in our solutions and services.

Profile

  • 4+ years in a Pre Sales Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs
  • Understanding of GraphQL - an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and priorities
