You'll have financial authority and will be expected to manage people and projects, contribute to sustainable financial growth, lead high-performance teams, resolve conflict, negotiate positive outcomes, and motivate employees. Your role will be pivotal to the immediate contribution and strong leadership required for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and sustainable financial growth. You'll be responsible for performing the management roles as defined in the Project Model for the development, planning, execution, and close-out of projects that exceed a certain range yearly, in line with JFA Level 7 leaders. You'll be expected to master and apply best practices for project accounting, workflow management, risk mitigation, cash management, client development and the use and application of project management tools, contracting, and procurement. Additionally, you'll schedule routine client visits aligned with our Energy and Industry strategy. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.
