We are immediately seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Atlanta, GA metro area.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in industrial construction management, particularly in water/wastewater and civil engineering projects, to drive project success and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction project from assignment to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Management: Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Management: Qualifying, selecting, and managing subcontractors and vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Cost Control and Invoicing: Managing project costs, including preparing requisitions for payment and ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and procedures, as well as monitoring project progress, quality, and safety.
  • Client Relations: Maintaining excellent client relationships through regular progress meetings, correspondence, and reports.
  • Construction Personnel Management: Assisting in the development of construction personnel through mentoring and on-the-job training.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In engineering or construction management, or equivalent industrial construction experience.
  • Industrial Construction Management Experience: At least 3+ years, with a focus on water/wastewater and civil engineering projects.
  • Resource Management Skills: Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and materials in complex environments.
  • Construction Knowledge: Expertise in construction methods, engineering, estimating, equipment, and technology.
  • Safety and Quality: Excellent understanding of safety guidelines and procedures, with a focus on quality and project delivery.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Strong organizational, supervisory, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Travel and Relocation: Ability to travel and relocate to the Atlanta, GA metro area (location assistance offered for qualified individuals).
