**Job Summary:**

The Retail Sales Representative works with homebuyers on the purchase of a modular home. We market high quality, factory- built modular homes that are sold as delivered, and complete projects. This position will work with home buyers from the initial step of walking through finished models at the home center all the way to the final walk through of a customers finished home.

**Education:**

* High School Diploma

**Experience/Requirements**

* Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferably in-home construction, home remodel, or construction material sales.

* At least 6 months of relationship driven business to consumer sales preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good computer skills including general office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Ability to excel and contribute to a team environment.

* Possess outstanding phone skills.

* Must be reliable and dependable.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Professional demeanor and appearance.

* General understanding of the retail environment.

* Ability to move and lift furniture, promotional items, etc. (up to 75 lbs).

* Ability to work nights and weekends.

* Must have a clean drivers license and ability to travel across the state of Nebraska.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Proactive Customer Service from Start to Finish, and Beyond

* Assisting Customers in the initial home selection and qualification stage

* Assisting Customers in the cost estimation and home quotation state.

* Develop relationships and guide new homeowners through the home purchase/finance process.

* Ensure that all transactions have the necessary paperwork, signatures, dates and all stipulations are met per the contract.

* Ensure sales goals are met and margins are maintained.

* Enter new and existing leads into our current customer management system.

* Contribute to a team effort.

* Stay current on product knowledge and market environment

* Maintain a clean office space, shop, homes, and sales lot.

**General Duties and Responsibilities:**
