ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, Swipe Guide, etc.
  • Expand, update and maintain our existing technical training program and modules specific to EST Company's industrial equipment
  • Conduct methodical "hands-on" training of personnel from job specific SOP's (standard operating processes) to electro-mechanical subject matter
  • A key participant and driver in our extensive new hire on-boarding and training program
  • Responsible for tracking, maintaining and improving EST's training matrix

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Understanding the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals
  • Experience with LMS module design and training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, Swipe Guide, etc., including the utilization of changing technology
  • Strong knowledge and background in mechanical, plumbing, electrical and electronic systems.
  • Dependable and hands-on
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, well organized and detail oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Hardworking, honest, personable with an extroverted personality
  • Proficient in the English language and possess excellent communication and superior listening skills
  • Experience setting goals, organizing, planning, problem solving and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and implement training modules specific for EST Companies equipment.
  • 3-5 years minimum experience developing, implementing, presenting in-house technical training programs; including hands-on experiential components
  • 5 years minimum of experience with industrial equipment maintenance or related area. Ten years preferred.
  • High school, 2-year associate degree/four years bachelor preferred.
  • Coordinate delivery of job specific training SOPs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to travel occasionally - up to 20%.
  • Driver's license and excellent driving record required.
  • Ability to pass stringent background screening.
  • Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to utilize a ladder with 300 lbs. weight limit.
