Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading pump company. The company serves several markets across Industrial, Water, Wastewater. We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager located in Texas.

Responsibilities: Profound in navigating complex competitive environments while driving and managing the sales and business development. Discovering new sales prospects via networking and transforming them into long-term profitable partnerships and customer loyalty. Design, share, and execute a sales strategy that motivates the team to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and exceed their quotas. Market observation and analysis, taking necessary measures and identify prospects for expanding our clientele. Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand and fulfil their needs, ultimately strengthening customer loyalty.

Requirements: 10-+ years of professional experience with pumps, with water and wastewater applications. Experience of leading teams of 5 or more. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related. Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM tools and other company and discipline specific software applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.
