As a Senior Systems Engineer specializing in Azure Landing Zone, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Azure environments that adhere to best practices and enable efficient application migration, modernization, and innovation at scale. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement, stability, and scalability of our client’s technology infrastructure. Responsibilities Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget estimates. Design and validate innovative and practical solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices. Deploy and configure hardware, software, and network components for project initiatives. Ensure smooth integration of new solutions into the existing IT environment, minimizing disruptions and risks. Perform system upgrades, migrations, and expansions while maintaining system integrity. Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures. Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and outcomes. Provide clear documentation for end-users and support teams to ensure proper system usage and troubleshooting. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard project assets and data. Ensure project solutions adhere to industry compliance standards and regulations. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to project implementations. Utilize a methodical approach to troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions, minimizing both downtime and impact. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, information security, computer science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Systems Engineer, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects. Proficiency in systems administration, network protocols, hardware configuration, and software deployment. Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, cloud platforms (especially Azure), and containerization. Certifications related to Azure (such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
