De Manager Finance is een brede positie en opereert als een spin in het web binnen deze jonge organisatie. Hij/zij is de financiële sparringpartner van het management en verantwoordelijk voor de soepele en betrouwbare dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen Finance. Is tevens eerste aanspreekpunt voor de gehele organisatie voor financiele vraagstukken. Hij/zij rapporteert aan het Hoofd Finance en Impact, geeft leiding aan één collega en maakt deel uit van het team Finance en impact. Daarnaast werkt hij/zij direct samen met de teams Innoveren, Investeren en Bestuurszaken.

Wat ga je doen? Is verantwoordelijk en draagt zorg, ook hands-on indien noodzakelijk, voor de soepele dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen Finance in een brede context;

Coördineert de maand- en jaarafsluiting en stelt de jaarrekening op;

Stelt budgetten en prognoses op in samenspraak met management;

Zet business control verder op en verzorgt de managementrapportages naar de verschillende stakeholders;

Zorgt voor complete procesbeschrijvingen, voert hierbij een risicoanalyse uit per proces en coördineert inbedding van beheersmaatregelen in de primaire processen;

Heeft een rol in organisatie brede verbeteringsprojecten zoals integraal risicomanagement en integrale urenverantwoording;

Tactisch gesprekspartner van het Hoofd Finance en Impact;

Komt met heldere signaleringen, onderbouwde analyses en rapportages en ziet mogelijkheden;

Zorgt voor tijdige en juiste verantwoording van inbestedingsopdrachten en (boekjaar) subsidies;

Coördineert de accountantscontrole inclusief de management letter bevindingen en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt. Jouw profiel Jij bent de Manager Finance met dé ambitie om jezelf en de organisatie verder te ontwikkelen. Met jouw analytische denkwijze en het vermogen om gestructureerd te werken, ga je dit voor elkaar krijgen. Wat breng jij nog meer mee aan kennis, ervaring en kwaliteiten? Minimaal een afgeronde relevante Bacheloropleiding;

Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring als accountant, controller of manager finance;

Heeft een nuchtere, no-nonsense houding en is pragmatisch. Heeft overzicht, steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen, maar weet ook wanneer hij/zij hulp moet vragen;

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift;

Sterke Excel-vaardigheden is een pre;

Ervaring met het begeleiden en te woord staan van de controlerend accountant;

Ervaring met (Europese) aanbestedingsregels is een pre;

Op de hoogte van en kunnen toepassen van de verschillende relevante fiscale wetten;

Is intrinsiek gemotiveerd om goed werk te leveren en proactief in identificatie van potentiële risico’s en kansen;

Kennis en/of ervaring met het bouwen of uitvoeren van publiek-private samenwerkingen is een pre.
