The

Maintenance Custodian Associate

will support our pharmacy location clients and staff by maintaining a clean, functional, and presentable area for all to utilize in the course of their roles.

Main Responsibilities

Maintains floor surfaces, dust moping, wet mopping, sweeping, stripping, finishing, burnishing, carpet shampooing and extraction

Cleans and disinfects offices, corridors and storage spaces

Cleans doors, partition glass and interior windows at ground level

Empties trash receptacles, replaces trash liners, cleans and sanitizes trash receptacles, dispose trash into appropriate receptacles

Responsible for cleaning rest rooms, locker rooms, sinks, toilets, urinals, fixtures, showers, floors, and partitions and replenishes supplies (towels, toilet tissues and hand soap)

Assists with receiving of shipments, stowage of supplies and organization of storage areas

Provide excellent Customer Service.

Other duties as assigned or necessitated by changes or condition.

General Responsibilities

Represent Altruix in a professional manner

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in Janitorial services

High School diploma or equivalent

Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
