LocationTotowa,NJDescriptionOur Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add a Facilities Coordinator to its team. This role will work in Totowa, NJ and works Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. This is a contract role that pays $20 per hour.Responsibilities:•Process and ensure the accuracy of invoices and proper cost center coding.•Issue purchase orders for labor, repairs, and materials.•Train vendors on billing procedures.•Write routine reports and correspondence.•Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.•Create and maintain vendor files.•Check the accuracy of completed paperwork submitted by vendors.Qualifications:•Minimum of two years of related experience with office administration or front desk roles.•Ability to learn new systems and administrative processes quickly.•High school diploma or GED.•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including scheduling.•Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.•Strong communication skills for writing reports and responding to inquiries.
