Purpose and Summary:
An Account Manager serves as the link between Fit4Travel and specific retreat leader accounts which include wellness professionals and wellness enthusiasts offering retreats through Fit4Travel. In this role, success will be defined as how well one can carefully attend to a client’s retreat needs, identify ways to increase individual participant registrations, and to enhance the overall retreat experience through the services and products offered by Fit4Travel.
If a problem occurs, Account Managers can problem solve and critically think of a way to resolve the situation. Whenever retreat leaders need questions answered, they know exactly who to contact for prompt, reliable answers. Account Managers can motivate and inspire retreat leaders to drive success, embrace crucial conversations when needed, and leverage relationship building that will leave to success and long-term client retention each year.

Essential Duties:
Acting as a liaison between the retreat leader and internal departments to convey information, ensure expectations are exceeded, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner. Providing exceptional customer service and elevating each touch point of the retreat roadmap experience.
Monitoring the client’s needs and wants, explaining costs, and rebooking retreats on an ongoing basis. Keeping up on industry trends, changes, and competitor analysis. Educating the client with best practices and actions that may lead to greater retreat success. Providing updated reporting to clients and team members.
Collaborating with the executive team to forecast and monitor account metrics for each group retreat and destination. Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to team members.

Other Day to Day Activities Include:
Ensures tasks for onboarding group retreats are complete
Updated and ongoing reporting to retreat leaders with retreat promotion updates, best practices, and accountability
Ensure tasks for all confirmed group retreats are complete
Work directly with team members to communicate retreat leader changes, requests, or updates with passenger manifests or itinerary and ensure each retreat is verified, complete and accurate
Relationship building and ongoing communication with each retreat leader
Collaborate with the operations manager and travel concierge team to review passenger manifests and ensure each reservation is verified, complete and accurate
Communicate pre travel requirement updates with each retreat leader as ongoing tasks have been delivered, completed, and submitted to individual travelers
Support group account questions on retreat group bookings on a case-by-case basis
Answer specific destination retreat questions initiated by retreat leader
Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend all training sessions
Participate in coaching sessions to find opportunities for improvement
Ongoing communication with each wellness professional group leader to build repour and develop relationship
Update the CRM with birthdates, addresses, special occasions or other personal information
