What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Management: Create and execute strategies to enhance the value and performance of the portfolio of properties.
  • Development Initiatives: Identify and pursue development opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Financial Oversight: Analyze financial data and generate reports on asset performance, including cash flow projections and ROI analyses.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy and satisfaction.
  • Capital Projects: Work with property management to implement capital improvement projects.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities for acquisitions, developments, and refinancing.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Skilled with real estate management software, development tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organizational skills.
