Currently, they are seeking an experienced Technology Product Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge operational systems and tools. In this influential role, you will take ownership of key operational areas, including planning, supply chain, fulfillment, and delivery. Your responsibilities encompass addressing operational challenges, introducing innovation into technology systems, and creating high-quality capabilities for diverse stakeholders such as internal users and vendors, all aimed at ensuring exceptional end-user experiences. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of implementing new features and product initiatives, collaborating seamlessly with various teams for successful execution

What You'll Do:

Product Management:

• Lead Technical Product Management for one or multiple operational systems. • Drive the development of the operations technology roadmap with a focus on scalability, cost, and service optimization. • Collaborate with various business units, including Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Inventory, Planning, Production, and Finance, to translate business objectives into comprehensive product roadmaps, features, and timelines. • Ensure technology products and systems meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time to achieve business objectives. • Work collaboratively across the organization to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Leadership, Culture, and Team:

• Foster working relationships with other functions to enhance transparency in tech roadmap development. • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class products for both internal and external customers, ensuring delightful end-user experiences. • Cultivate a culture of tech enablement across the company

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of product management or related experience. • Proven experience in building and launching technical products. • Ability to drive product strategy and contribute to design discussions. • Experience working with and influencing multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Proficiency in operations systems and technology, particularly in planning, supply chain, and fulfillment. • Knowledge of ML and awareness of emerging tech trends.
