We enable easy and smarter access to funds through Visa payments credentials, while delivering a superior customer service experience. Our team works in close collaboration with a broad cross-functional team that includes Seller Solutions, Client Services, Technology, Pricing, Processing, Issuer Sales, Corporate Strategy, Marketing and regional Product teams. We are looking for a motivated product manager who champions a digital-native innovative mindset and goes the extra-mile to develop and deploy scalable solutions and strategies that meet the evolving needs of end-customers and Visa issuing clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Define new or digitally enhancing features and enhancements for cardholder emergency assistance products, based on end-user and client needs, and help prioritize features in an agile way to accelerate time to market * Partner closely with the Technology organization to define solution concepts, product requirements, UX mock-ups, technical flows, etc. and execute the technology build * Develop commercial construct and Go-to-market plans and support pilot efforts * Create sales enablement materials, including voice of customer and proof points, as well as best practices, turnkey guides and creative for client consumption (in collaboration with Product Marketing) * Partner with business teams globally to communicate and support sales enablement for new features, listen and gather feedback, and cultivate insights to inform product roadmaps * Create actionable reporting and analytical tools to help monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities * Support the growth of Visa Global Cardholder Emergency Assistance Products * Drive the evolution of our core product platforms, with heavy focus on integration of digital capabilities, to support new use cases, traditional clients and emerging Fintechs, and new payment flows * Support additional strategic projects across Global Buyer Product **Qualifications** **Basic Qualifications** * 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ years of experience in the payments industry or in consumer financial services, ideally at a global payments card network, consulting firm, financial institution, or technology leader * Superior data analysis and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated analytical rigor and attention to detail * Strategic mindset with ability to translate product strategies into specific and coherent action plans, and drive execution * Ability to productively work with cross-functional and regional management teams for collaborative solution development * Strong communication and presentation skills, with a keen ability to distill fact-based, actionable recommendations * Demonstrated curiosity in researching market trends, innovative technologies and consumer needs to inform product development * Ability to work with limited supervision and deliver on multiple concurrent priorities * Subject matter expertise on customer service and CX trends as well as best practices, new services and players is desirable * Bias for action and can-do attitude **Additional Information** Visa will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.
