Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Support existing products and drive the planning and development of new features.
- Coordinate, track and manage the development of new products and relevant tasks across the organization.
- Clearly and consistently communicate progress of projects and deliverables to key stakeholders.
- Anticipate and drive conversations to remove roadblocks to development work.
- Synergize design decisions with brand identity across products and data representation constraints.
- Assist in quality management and issue resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Leverage software systems and query languages to build new data products.
- Monitor regulatory, legal, technological, and commercial developments relevant to Kharon's business.
- Identify potential enhancements to existing product lines.
- An analytical background and familiarity with data query languages.
- Basic skills in product management, including planning, coordinating, and tracking the development of our products.
- Ability to work collaboratively across our various departments and manage project timelines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate issues.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will focus on our transformative product and contribute to a product that is reshaping our industry. In this role, you'll cut your teeth in the domain of product management, collaborating with team members across the company to grasp the nuances of our clients and market. By tapping into the collective wisdom of our organization, you'll contribute to efforts that make our product more efficient, user-friendly, and valuable to our customers. Under the guidance of Product leadership, you'll learn the ropes of steering product development and managing a portfolio. The base salary range at Kharon is set between $95,000 and $105,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
