Principal Product Delivery Manager

Principal Product Delivery Manager

with Convera based in our

Denver, CO


office, you will become the local customer and strategy expert, with an oversight for all activities related to developing new Products and existing Product Features that create value both for customers and Convera.


You will be responsible for:
Becoming an expert on the entire Convera product suite
Leading significant strategic product initiatives with managing cross-functional stake-holders
Being a product evangelist on the team and providing an escalation point and knowledge transfer for other senior PDM team members
Running product rollouts by working across all required functions to ensure effective and scaled commercialization
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
Leading and overseeing product delivery activities across multiple projects simultaneously
Mentoring junior team members to continually lift the capability and of entire team
Providing KPI analysis for each product line to review performance compared to external and internal benchmarks
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational practices and efficiency, including adoption of industry best practices and beneficial trends
Holding consistently strong relationships with stakeholders, including the ability to influence and be sought out as key contributor for strategic decision making

You should apply if you have:
The ability to be a skilled planner with an in-depth knowledge of all parts of our solutions, including sales, operations, technology, compliance, marketing, legal, training, customer service, finance and treasury
Previous product commercialization, project management, pre-sales, or solution design and implementation experience
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and technical skills with evidence of stakeholder management skills that achieved outcomes
Solid presentation and communication and change management skills
Experience in Agile methodologies.
7-10 years of experience, preferably within the payments or financial services sector
