About The Opportunity

A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team
You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders. It will also aid with the design phase and the approval process

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
Project planning
Processing of modification orders and payment requests

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications

Knowledge of construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction drawings
Help with takeoffs
Controlling subcontractors
