The Human Resources (HR) Associate plays a vital role in supporting the HR operations team with daily functions across Tradewind Group and our family of companies. The HR Associate is responsible for performing routine tasks required to administer and execute HR functions such as assisting with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as providing administrative support to the HR department functions including but not limited to hiring and recruitment, administering pay, benefits support, and employee programs and events. The HR Associate contributes to the overall success of the organization through effective HR processes.The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in driving the recruitment and hiring activities with daily functions across Tradewind Group and our family of companies. This role is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the overall success of the organization through effective HR hiring processes and employment practices.Responsibilities:Collaborates with hiring managers regarding position requirementsCoordinates the talent acquisition process with hiring managers and HRTalent SupportQualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources, or business-related field or equivalent work experience is required.Minimum 3 years related work experience in Talent Acquisitions, specifically managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.Equivalent combination of education and job-related experience will be considered.Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software required.Previous experience with ADP products is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.Upon hire, candidate must have reliable personal transportation to facilitate travel to all worksites and other locations as required by the position.
