The successful candidate in this role will have a strong background in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to engage our customers and drive business growth. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring efficient operation and leveraging its full capabilities. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, and use this information to optimize campaign strategies. Create targeted, personalized marketing campaigns. Oversee the segmentation of the customer base for tailored marketing efforts. Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in CRM marketing, with extensive experience using HubSpot. Proficiency in CRM Software, marketing and productivity tools, i.e. Tableau, Mind Body, Daysmart, Clickup, Google Analytics, Looker, Miro, and Hotjar Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Highly organized, with strong project management skills.
