We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Insider Risk Manager to join our Information Security, Cyber Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for the delivery of Enterprise Insider Risk program capabilities and meet the findings of Technology Risk Management and Internal Audit.
- Oversee the establishment of the requirements of the program, increase the volume of telemetry through business scenario development, expand the risk scoring model.
- Manages multiple teams responsible for organization data protection.
- Develop policies regarding CTS security architecture, security monitoring and auditing, incident reporting/response and forensics.
- Lead and oversee broad information security projects and resourcing.
- Liaise with business process owners to ensure ongoing alignment.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of security for complex CTS projects.
- Evaluates security applications and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
