As an LOB Risk Expert within PNC's Enterprise Data Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
As an LOB Risk Expert, you will be responsible for working with other members of the Enterprise Data Governance team to build out and maintain department communications, including EDG strategy documents. This role will also be responsible for supporting business planning, project scope and financial performance, data literacy/culture communications, and establishing and leading department meetings and communications.
Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking individuals who have experience with building and presenting high level strategies. Candidates should have strong communication and organization skills.

Job Description
- Responsible for the establishment and oversight of Line of Business risk strategies and program execution. Serves as a senior risk advocate for the risk management program, process owner and/or regulatory relationship liaison.
- Establishes the line of business risk management strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
- Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Owns process and/or regulatory relationship liason.
- Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks.
- Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
- Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
