Fulfill the purchaser function by selecting and purchasing high quality products, with guidance of department manager and peers.

Maintain supplier relationship and follow the internal processes and expectations in line with purchasing responsibilities.

Interface with departments and teams and other companies.

Be a professional representative of the company and its products.

Liaising with inventory/warehouse team and management.

Administrating MOC that are requested and approved.

Ensure P.O & QC Docs are released daily to vendors.

Legacy Product document control. Scanning, archiving, drawing searching

SCOPE

Prepare, issue and review Request for Quote to meet Companys operational requirements, pricing and terms and conditions.

Choosing a supplier according to historical values

Build relationships with vendors and negotiate with them for the best pricing.

Process requisitions, monitor purchase orders and update management on status of orders when needed utilizing reports within SAP.

Ensure costs associated with purchase orders are consistent with quotes and vendor invoices, utilizing SAP report.

Ensure stock levels are kept at appropriate levels on items and coordinate with Warehouse personnel if inventory is inaccurate.

Resolve problems that arise, review reports and interact with other departments to resolve any situation that may need attention.

Coordinate with Warehouse Department, Supply Chain Manager and management as required to forecast demand and evaluate inventory levels.

Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

Analyze reports with management regarding vendors and manage their performance.

Pull reports form SAP to analyze performance

Achieve annual Departmental Goals and Company initiatives.

Submitting request for quotes to the suppliers, obtaining technical approval from Engineering on acceptability of quoted material, other aspects of the position include entering budgets, qualifying suppliers to meet the ISO requirements.
