Core Responsibilities Develop new business growth plans and acquire new business for assigned OEM(s). Prepare tactical and strategic plans and budgets. Coordinate and communicate schedules and priorities for programs between manufacturing, R&D, tech service, sales, and customers. Develop, lead, and manage proposal presentations to OEMs; create project requests and business plans to obtain OEM and internal approval. Manage commercial issues of assigned OEM including price negotiations and engineering changes. Maintain relationships with customers to promote SSL’s interests at each program phase. Build the brand image of SSL. Conduct market and business opportunity analysis. Ensure SAP system is updated for accurate OEM(s) forecast and reporting.
