Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Utilize analytical insights to optimize campaigns, refine target audience segmentation, and maximize the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts Craft and implement performance-based go-to-market campaigns, translating them into actionable plans to drive measurable results Provide guidance and expertise is analyzing and interpreting performance data to determine campaign success Provide coaching and mentorship to support the growth and development of clients’ marketing teams Conduct weekly/monthly follow-up with clients to determine the effectiveness of marketing plans and fine-tune the tactics needed to maximize client flow Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Professional Development, to develop monthly strategies, quarterly plans, and annual plans for clients Develop annual marketing budgets while working collaboratively alongside the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Finance Advisor to ensure they align with the business’s overall budget Guide and advise on building marketing infrastructure, tech stack, and process to support long term scalability of their marketing program Guide and advise on the implementation of foundational marketing components, such as customer personas, the brand house, and customer journeys Must Haves

Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital and traditional marketing tactics designed to meet the client’s needs and budget restrictions Possess a moderate level of financial acumen in order to develop complex marketing budgets with the Finance Advisor and ability to analyze and interpret complex data to create insights that inform inform key business decisions for the client Can successfully advise clients on how to successfully optimize and leverage CRM software automation, such as HubSpot to increase lead conversion rate and customer retention Advanced understanding of various digital marketing platforms and how a business should implement them Can effectively measure performance of a marketing campaign and draw conclusions to make recommendations Proven ability to lead comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive quantifiable results Strong expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager At least 6-8 years’ experience in marketing, sales, and management, preferably in a consulting capacity Nice To Haves

Consultative nature, with ability to articulate high-level insights from complex data sets and highlight opportunities and risks Deep understanding of analytics & data reporting platforms Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related area of study, or equivalent work experience Prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, and/or sitting at a computer Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements Culture Video
