SNAP is a comprehensive booking platform that allows Agencies to book Air, Car and Hotel on a single platform

The Sales Manager, SNAP will work with the Business Development Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities in the US for the SNAP booking platform. The role will be responsible for making face to face presentations and through online presentations with decision makers.

The position will manage the entire sales cycle for prospects for SNAP and assist Sales Managers as needed with their own prospects.

Responsible for achieving annual adaption goals as determined by Travel Leaders Network for individual and team goals.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agency operations, Air ticketing, GDS and NDC.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company's financial goal achievement and individual performance.

Responsibilities
  • Travels to and presents online presentations to prospective agencies, local/regional Travel Leaders Network sponsored events and industry sponsored local/regional events
  • Analyzes assigned market and identifies prospects
  • Achieves sales goals and objectives for the US team
  • Manages Salesforce on a daily basis.
  • Maintains high closing ratio
  • Must be knowledgeable in all Travel Leaders Network products and services
  • Prepares and presents proposals to small and large groups and individuals
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent travel industry experience
  • Travel in excess of 40%
  • Minimum 5+ years travel industry sales experience
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office. Salesforce a plus
  • Self-motivated and ability to excel with minimum supervision
  • Able to meet deadlines working from home and while traveling
  • High integrity
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under stressful situations
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with members
  • Strategic thinker/visionary
  • Excellent analytical skills
