Come join our growing Lighting team This is a remote position, quarterly travel to HQ may be required, In addition to other in-market responsibilities.

In this role you will have the opportunity to support Landscape Forms Lighting long-term growth objectives and strategic plan initiatives related to customer engagement, brand perception and sales growth through the disciplines of marketing and communications. This position includes the generation of actionable initiatives in support of the strategic plan, market and competitive data collection and analysis, product launch and product lifecycle management and execution, campaign development and execution, resource management, ongoing inter-departmental communications and dialogue, intra- and inter-departmental collaboration, and management to budget.

How you Contribute:

  • Be the ambassador of the brand voice for lighting
  • Possess an inquiring mind - always seeking a deeper understanding of the market
  • Lead new lighting product launches, including photoshoot coordination, collateral development and cross-functional asset preparation (pricing, Sketchup and REVIT models, IES files, etc.).
  • Develop and push engaging content to activate connections between customer and sales team
  • Establish campaign performance and conversation metrics
  • Manage calendars, print and digital content production for trade publications featuring lighting
  • Support product lifecycle initiatives through data inputs, market observations and channel feedback.
  • Exhibit expertise in planning, coordination and execution of multi-format campaigns (ie social media, eblasts, trade platforms in print and digital, etc.).
  • Work effectively as a member of the lighting team and a member of the marketing team.
  • Be an effective cross functional member of a product launch team, spanning design, engineering, marketing, lighting leadership and sales.

Criteria for Success:

This role requires effective storytelling and posses confidence and expertise when presenting to wide ranges of expert internal and external customers, partners, and leaders. Succes in this role is dependent on being a highly collaborative team player that can thrive in cross functional environments. Proven history demonstrating initiative, self-direction, and creative customer-focused solutions with highly detailed and on time delivery of projects. Ability to analyze, interpret data and make recommendations.

Undergraduate degree, preferably in design, in marketing, communications or applicable field. Five plus years' experience with demonstrable success in marketing and communications. Copywriting and editing for a design-centric, knowledgeable audience is critical to success. Strong computer background in Windows environment; experience with Apple products, Word, Photoshop, Excel and Contact management software a plus. Deep knowledge, awareness and curiosity of lighting specification channels, decision-making criteria, and influencer, and experience in construction services or related/electrical industry.
