Patient Services Specialist - PATIENT ACCESS MSLA Department, Providence St. Patrick Hospital, Missoula, MT

Shift: Part-time; on-call, Variable shift, 0.4 hours

Required Qualifications:

  • One year Experience in customer service or healthcare registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training: Some college level course work preferred particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework.
  • Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
  • Previous registrar and third-party payor experience.
