**Job Description**

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will support the US Sales team with their respective activities and logistics.

Main Responsibilities

* Review purchases orders to ensure they are accurate before final submission

* Coordinate with CRM team ensure product features, options, and pricing are update and accurate

* Call-on and pre-qualify leads

* Coordinate all US Truck lead events;

* Support sales team by ensure all inter-office operations are efficient;

* Assists Sales Managers with quotes, as required

* Create and design presentations, when applicable;

* Ensure Sales Managers have the latest technical updates;

* Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure information is up to date.

* Any other related tasks needed by Sales Directors.

Knowledge

* Proficient in word, excel, PowerPoint, CRM;

* Spanish desired but not required.

Skills

* Ability to collaborate as a team player on multiple projects across multiple teams;

* Ability to work independently and complete projects;

* High level of writing, spelling, and grammar skills;

* Ability to research information;

Scholar and experience

* Bachelors degree preferred;
