Job Description
As an Accountants Receivable/Office Manager for our growing manufacturing company, you will be crucial in managing both transactional responsibilities within Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and office management responsibilities. Your job scope would include handling about 200 AP invoices and 100 AR invoices weekly, which would be processed manually as our processes have not been automated yet. Occasionally, there may be a need for you to liaise with customers or vendors for invoice corrections or updates. As we are a small but dedicated team, you will also be in charge of office management. This includes preparing for meetings, greeting guests, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to the team. You will report directly to the controller and assist in maintaining a well-organized office environment.
